On October 7, 2011, with heavy hearts, we laid our dear beloved husband/father, Dr. Zaheer Ahmad to rest.  Alhamdulillah.

The outpouring of sympathy and support has been a source of great solace for us and has helped us through in this difficult time. The impact our father had on an individual and national level is evident in the grief we all share together. We ask you to continue to pray for our father — May Allah SWT forgive him and us and grant him a place in Jannat-ul-Firdaus…Ameen.

Honoring his steadfast determination, our efforts to preserve and enrich his lifelong goals will progress as we look forward to continuing our relationship with you.  May Allah SWT give us the strength and patience to not only overcome his loss but to carry on his legacy…Ameen.
