District Mianwali is famous for its brave and strong
willed people. Situated in north-west of Punjab
province, Mianwali is a backward district with very
low literacy rate.
• TMF ventured in Mianwali in 1996 by motivating
late Dr. Zafar Khan Niazi who assisted in acquiring
a run-down government school building in Mianwali.
• A new building was erected and given the name of
TM Secondary School Mianwali. Dr. Niazi worked hard
in making the school prominent among other schools
of district.
• Acquiring a computer laboratory, the school
provides computer education to students. Today this
institution is recognized as an authentic centre of
quality education.
