Tameer-e-Millat Foundation School Islamabad was
setup in 1996.
• With special emphasis on co-curricular and
extra-curricular activities such as tree plantation,
calligraphy, speech contests and art activities, the
school is offering education from Montessori to 8th
grade.
• At present 84 students are acquiring education
from 11 hard working teachers.
• In 1997 with Sami Ullah Khan, TMF established
TM
Model School Tarlai Kalan.
• At present more than 100 students are getting
education.
• Among them 34 are those who are getting half or
full fee waivers.
Kahuta, an eastern Tehsil of Rawalpindi District
lies in Lower Himalayas and has population of nearly
1 million.
 • In 1993, Darsgah Thoha Khalsa Anjumn Nur-e-Islam
was setup in a distant locality of Kahuta by Colonel
(Retd.) Raja Ali Muhammad.
• The Darsgah got affiliated with TMF in 1998 and
was renamed as TM Model Darsgah Thoha Khalsa.
• Except TM Model Darsgah, there is no English
medium school with in the locality.
• Initially the school was only meant for Islamic
education but with its up gradation up to middle
level, Secondary School level preparatory classes
were also initiated for girls.
• At present there are 200 students who are getting
education from this institute.
• The school is equipped with a well stocked library
and a computer laboratory.
• In 2007, 159 students appeared in primary exams
and showed 100 percent result.
• Moreover, vocational training is also being
provided to empower the women economically.
